Regarding your question on the idea and the launching of day and night shifts of non-stop kollelim, where they will study the range of subjects of the Torah. This concept follows the derech of the [Ramchal], the Ohr Hachaim Hakodosh and Hagaon Reb Chaim of Volozhin, all of whom had such Torah centers.
In my opinion, I feel that you should certainly be involved in such a project, to take upon yourself the yoke of such kollelim, considering your experience where you have shown yourself to be a man with s’yata dismaya (one blessed with Providence), in the spreading of Torah in abundance through the kollelim of Shas Yiden, which have reputation and fame. So, too, you will have s’yata dismaya and, with the help of Hashem, will be helped with these kollelim by philanthropists who support Torah.
Fortunate will be those who partner as Yissachar and Zevulun in these kollelim “Torah 24 תורה”. As is their name, so will they be – places where the voice of Torah will not be absent from within the walls of the kollelim, not even for a minute. All those who donate and support this project will merit all the brochos that are written in the Torah, for refuos (health), yeshuos (redemptions), parnossa tova (abundant income) and nachas (happiness) from all their descendants, Amen and May it be His will.

How honored is this day, with the revelation of good tidings to the Torah world, through the honored Hagaon Harav Avrohom Halevi Eisen, shlit”a, the Pozna Rov, whose name has been lauded extensively for his establishing of the Shas Yiden Kollel Network. And now he has girded his himself afresh and with his indefatigable strength of spirit to be one who maintains our world in fulfilment of the verse: “If not My covenant day and night, the laws of heaven and earth I would not have established” in its fundamental sense.
He decided to establish a center where the sound / voice of Torah will not pause day or night, and called it “Torah 24 תורה”, which is as its name implies. There, exceptional avreichim of incredible wisdom, concentration and diligence will not pause for a moment while studying all the areas of the holy Torah – Sha”s Bavli and Sha”s Yerushalmi, Poskim (Adjudication of Jewish Law down the Ages) etc. In addition, there will be a shift of remarkable scholars studying the holy Zohar and the recitation of Tikun Chatzot at the appropriate time of midnight.
Fortunate are we, how good is our lot, and how pleasant is our destiny, that even in a doubly ‘orphaned’ generation, there are Jews of courage, concerned with the establishing of generations of those who strengthen this world with their Torah study as their focus. Their thoughts are given over to increase kevod shamayim (honor of Heaven) – whether via the encouragement of those who know Sha”s thoroughly, or supporting those who will study all the hours of the day and night – that through them the world will continue to exist.
All that is needed is the bracha for all those who donate and support this holy endeavor, to merit and see blessing and success in all the work of their hands as they support those who toil in Torah. They will merit to see children and grandchildren immersed in Torah and mitzvos, and will be blessed in the fulfillment of all the hopes of their hearts for good and with bracha. Stage by stage they will eat from the fruit thereof, as it is written: It is a Tree of Life for those who uphold it, and its supporters will be content. So we should soon merit the Or Chodosh that will shine on Zion with the coming of the Redeemer speedily in our time, Amen and may it be His Will.

I am a bearer of good tidings today, hearing with wonder and with awe, about the one who is meritorious and brings merit to others, Hagaon Harav Avrohom Halevi Eisen, shlit”a, the Pozna Rov and Head of the Torah Kingdom of Shas Yiden, that is famous far and wide. He has waved his hand again to bring merit to Klal Yisroel through establishing another incredible international Torah kingdom, an amazing Torah center – “Torah 24 תורה” – in Yerushalayim the city of royalty. In this center, the sound / voice of Torah will not pause by day or by night, not even for a minute. Different groups of Talmidei Chachomim Geonim, shlit”a, in different shifts, will delve in the subjects of Torah learning without interruption – Bavli, Yerushalmi, Dalet Chelkei Shulchan Aruch, Rambam, Kabbala, Midrash, Tana”ch and more.
“Torah 24 תורה” is in actuality a wonderful continuation of the heichalei hakodesh and battei midrash of our holy Rabbanim – the Ramchal, the Ohr Hachaim Hakadosh and the Nefesh Hachaim, zy”o, who established such battei midrash to learn day and night.
The words of the Ohr Hachaim Hakadosh, zy”o, burned like fiery torches about his beis medrash ‘Heichal Ha’ahava – Midrash Knesset Yisroel’ in the Holy City of Yerushalayim. There they learned the subjects of the Torah day and night, in different groups. “We will go up to the countenance of Hashem etc., we will adorn ourselves before Him with the adornment of this Torah, which Hashem calls ‘Light’. The regimen of this midrash is as follows: The study of Talmud Torah from morning to evening in a group of more than ten chachomim (wise men) whose wisdom emanates from the crowns of yir’ah (awe), ahavah (love) and anavah (humility), and to be engrossed in Torah at night as in the day.”
The holy and clarion call of the Ohr Hachaim Hakadosh is heard again: “And now I personally call out to all who wish to be part of this bracha; on him will rest the blessing of good life, forever. And anyone who wishes to be part of this opportunity and to be one of the chaverim founders of this Beis Midrash, known as Midrash Knesset Yisroel, he will have an equal portion with all the early and latter chaverim.“
Who would not want to be part of this historical and amazing project “Torah 24 תורה”, and the greatness of its holy impact in both the upernal and lower realms?
I bless all those who support this Tree of Life “Torah 24 תורה”. You should merit great abundance in both the spiritual and the material – bodily health, supernal light, peace of mind and tranquility of the soul. Only goodness and kindness should pursue you all the days of your lives, and you should sit securely for your length of days, and may our Redeemer soon rule in Zion, Amen.
